Here we go again. We will not be placing our first 12 hours trades at usual time due to holiday especially in Europe. We have to give our banker friends over there some time to recover after what must have been a very tiring night of Fun!
We will be placing our first system trades at 07:00 EST.
Let's take a quick look at how our systems did last week. month and year.
System 1 finished year loosing 13 pips in December. After a very good November we consider it flat. Anyways System 1 gained 1514 pips in 2005, which we see as very good when simplicity of the system is considered.
System 2 lost 5 pips in December. Again, after a stellar November that's nothing to fret on. For the year, System 2 finished 2005 with 1439 pips in gains!
We hope that we can continue performing like that in 2006! |
What's new this week?
As last week was very choppy and without any real movement, we are simply waiting for our potential trades from last week.
Here is USD-CAD where we have a standing BUY order at 1.1760 looking for 1.20 |
Here we already have a long position in GBP-JPY. It was opened at 202.99. We would like to see it go to about 208. |
Last weekend we mentioned that we expect EUR to strengthen across the board.
We are using Daily charts for these analysis so it might take some time to reach a conclusion. Anyways, we said we are watching EUR-CAD and want to buy if goes above 1.4100. Well this week we are adding EUR-AUD. We have a BUY order at 1.6385, seeking 1.7000. |
