Image Hosted by ImageShack.usWelcome back!
We hope everybody had a good trading week! There was some action in the middle of the week, only to calm down before the week end. A quiet before the storm? Only time will tell.
We had a very busy week, most notably on the 24th. Well, for most people it was 24th, for us, based on the West Coast of USA, it was a night of 23/24th. That day produce three good trades for our "Rainbow" system, all of them reaching our targets in a very fast manner. More on that farther down this page.
Our remaining services , "Daily Euro" and "Daily Pound", also had positive weeks. Both of them produced gains of 37 pips each. Strange. Anyways, on the day of big move, our trade in "Daily Pound" was stopped out before prices resumed down trend. That's the nature of systems. We had a SHORT GBP-USD trade in "Rainbow" service and that trade made 72 pips. It happened at the same time. There is a link below to all our trades taken last week and results achieved. To round up our summery, we still carry 2 open trades from previous week. Our USD-CHF trade is slightly positive while CAD-JPY is negative by few pips. For practical purposes they are about break even. Alerts will be issued as prices develop.
Subject that was explained here many times but needs repeating as questions keep coming. We trade our recommendations. Everything you see on these pages are real money trades, both gains and losses. Each system is traded in it's separate account, with it's own, INDEPENDENT money management rules. "Daily Euro" is traded at 9:1 margin while "Rainbow" trades margins are 1:1 or 2:1, depending on Target and perceived risks. Money wise, last week's gains in "Rainbow" account would equal to 60-70 pips gain "Daily Euro". "Daily Pound" would need to gain about 90 pips to achieve same results. So last week we made about twice as much in "Rainbow" than "Daily Euro" and about 3 times as much as "Daily Pound". We hope it makes sense.
We DO NOT recommend any specific margin, as every trader MUST decide on his/her own what kind of risks are right for him/her, but if we were to SUGGEST something on the subject, use very little margin at least until your understanding of risk/reward is sufficient enough to set your own parameters.

Last week's results.
  Discretionary trades.
Last week we suggested a trade in EUR-JPY. More specifically, a SHORT trade. As the price progressed, we changed the parameters of that trade and issued a new alert in our "Rainbow" service on the night of 23/24th. Trade was to SELL at 157.90 with a target of 156.90. Very soon after the alert was issued, trade materialized and was completed within 2 hours, for a nice gain of 100 pips. See the chart below.
Incidentally, we also took the trade that was featured last week on this page. It worked out just as planned for additional 95 pips. That trade's results are NOT included in our services' records, only the updated alert.

Here is another trade from that busy night 23/24th. This one is SHORT GBP-JPY, with a SELL price 240.36 and target 238.66. For the non subscribers, this alert was issued together with EUR-JPY, previous trade. As you can see, this trade also reached a speedy conclusion for a very good 170 pips profit. That was a great day.

  Next week's trade.

We will closely follow developments in GBP crosses. Until we see something there, here is a situation developing in AUD-NZD which we think has a high probability of being profitable if trade is executed. We have a standing order to BUY AUD-NZD at 1.1170 with a target of 1.1220.
We want to wish everybody a good trading week and take a look at this beautiful note from Portugal, one of the "Explorers" series. Fantastic sail boat!
